1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Asraa Realty Client Portal (“Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

2. Platform Usage

The Portal is provided solely for the purpose of enabling registered clients to:

  • View shortlisted properties curated for them by Asraa Realty
  • Track their site visit history
  • Monitor their booking or purchase progress
  • Connect with their assigned Relationship Manager

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. No Ownership of Listings

All property listings, data, images, and information displayed on the Portal are provided for informational purposes only. Asraa Realty does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Viewing a property on the Portal does not confer any ownership right, option, or interest in the property.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Notify Asraa Realty immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Not attempt to access another user’s account or data
  • Not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish Portal content

5. Google Sign-In

The Portal uses Google Sign-In solely for the purpose of authenticating your identity. We do not access your Google contacts, emails, or any other Google account data beyond your name and email address used for login verification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Asraa Realty or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asraa Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
