If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the website and our services immediately.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register an account, submit a property, or transact through Asraa Realty. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts created on behalf of a business (for example, a Builder or Agency account) must be created by someone authorised to act for that business.

3Account Registration & Security

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at contact@asraarealty.com. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6Property Listings & Information Accuracy

All property listings, prices, project details, availability, and offers displayed on our platform are supplied by respective developers, builders, agents, or owners, and are subject to change without prior notice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or current availability of any listing.

Images, floor plans, and renders may be illustrative and can differ from the finished property. Always confirm details directly with the listing party before relying on them.

7User-Submitted Content & Listings

Agents, builders, and property owners who submit listings through our platform remain the owners of that content, and are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality. By submitting a listing, you grant Asraa Realty a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content on our website and associated marketing channels for as long as the listing remains active.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submitted listing that we reasonably believe is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

8User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, registrations, or property requirements, and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Misuse of the platform — including fraudulent listings, fake enquiries, scraping, or unlawful behaviour — may result in restricted or terminated access, without notice.

9Communication Consent (Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Email)

By submitting your phone number or email through any form on our website — including enquiry forms, the valuation tool, or property registration — you consent to being contacted by Asraa Realty and its verified agents/builders via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry, even if your number is registered under NCPR/DND with TRAI, to the extent permitted for transactional and service-related communication.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to contact@asraarealty.com; we will stop marketing communication while retaining what's needed to service any active enquiry.

10Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain features — such as Builder or Agency listing plans — are available on a paid subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan features are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our platform integrates third-party tools such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, payment gateways, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of these external services, which are governed by their own terms.

12Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, text, logos, and design elements on this website are owned by Asraa Realty unless otherwise stated, or are licensed from the respective listing owner as described in Section 7. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or copying is prohibited.

13Limitation of Liability

Asraa Realty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any listing — including errors, delays, or inaccuracies in listing information, or the conduct of any builder, agent, or third party you transact with.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Asraa Realty, its employees, and affiliated agents harmless from any claim, loss, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of any law or third-party right.

15Termination & Suspension of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

16Data Retention

We retain user information only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and service-related purposes. Data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

17Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
