1Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Asraa Realty ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use www.asraarealty.com, our valuation tools, or contact us through any form, call, or WhatsApp. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
This policy is framed in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, phone number, email, budget, and property preferences — when you register, submit an enquiry, use the valuation tool, or list a property. We also automatically collect browsing activity (pages viewed, search filters, device/browser type) via cookies and analytics tools.
3Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
4How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide property recommendations, respond to enquiries, process valuation requests, send project updates and market insights (where you've consented), improve our platform, and prevent fraud or misuse.
5Sharing With Agents, Builders & Partners
When you enquire about a specific listing, we share your name, phone number, and enquiry details with the agent, builder, or property owner responsible for that listing, so they can respond to you directly. This is the core of how our platform works as an intermediary.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6Third-Party Services & Analytics
We use trusted third-party tools to operate and improve our platform, including Google Maps (location display), WhatsApp Business (enquiry communication), Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics (usage analytics and heatmaps), and our own Asraa CRM (lead and enquiry management). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms in addition to ours.
7Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of the third-party tools above (including Google and Microsoft services) may process or store data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own security and compliance safeguards.
8Communication & Marketing Consent
By submitting your contact details, you consent to receiving calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails from us and relevant agents/builders about your enquiry. You can opt out of marketing communication at any time by writing to contact@asraarealty.com; we'll still retain what's needed to service any active enquiry.
9Cookies Policy
We use essential cookies (required for the site to function, e.g. keeping you logged in) and analytics cookies (to understand how visitors use the site, via Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics). You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; this may affect some site features.
10Data Protection & Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your data against unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. No online system is 100% secure, and we continuously work to strengthen these protections.
11Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. You can request earlier deletion under Section 12 below.
12Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023
As a data principal under India's DPDP Act, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or completion of inaccurate data; request erasure of data no longer needed; withdraw consent at any time; and nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
