Thomas is a property advisor at Asraa Realty’s Dubai desk. He works with buyers and investors across Dubai’s residential market — high-rise apartments, townhouses and villa communities, along with off-plan projects from the major developers — helping shortlist, negotiate and complete through to DLD registration.
