DN Homes

DN Homes is a Bhubaneswar developer building homes in Odisha since 2003. Its journey began with Avalon Residency (2004), Royale Residency (2005) and Dreamz Villa (2006), followed by a joint venture with Vipul Group for Vipul Gardens (2008) and DN New Town, a BDA-approved plotting project. Landmark projects include DN Oxypark (2016), the DN Fairytale mega residential project (2019), Marque Landmark and DN Pallaciya (2022) and DN Kingsland (2023). In 2024 DN Homes partnered with YOO Worldwide, London to launch DN YOO Odisha, the state's first branded residences. The DN Group also runs The DN Wisdom Tree Global School campuses and was named "Emerging Real Estate Developer of the Year" at the NAREDCO NextGen Conclave & Icons 2024.
