Azizi Venice is being delivered in phases. The first buildings are scheduled for handover from Q4 2026, with later buildings following in 2027. Work runs in phases across the community; by April 2026 the first 14 buildings had reached about 39% completion. Buying Azizi Venice from India

Dubai South is a freehold area, so Indian citizens and NRIs can buy in their own name, without UAE residency or a local sponsor.

Resident Indians remit through the RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme, which allows up to USD 250,000 per person each financial year. A studio at Azizi Venice fits within one person’s yearly limit. NRIs can pay from overseas or NRE accounts.
